Our cover photo, “Scotland Rearview,” comes to us from Jeffrey Eaton a fundraiser and amateur photographer living in Washington, D.C. His photographs have been featured in the April 2007, November 2007, and February 2009 issues of Open Letters. His essay, “Raging Bull,” appeared in November 2008.
